Heavy crepe is great to use if you're looking for a more durable paper flower, and especially if you're planning to ship them once they're made. It's also a little more forgiving when you're first getting started with paper flower making!

Double sided crepe paper is very similar to the extra fine, but as the name suggests, it has a different colour on either side. It's great to use if you want a darker or lighter colour to the underside of your petals, but you don't want to add any additional thickness to your paper blooms.
