The Peggy - Paper Flower Bouquet

$200.00

The Peggy paper flower bouquet. Anyone who knew my nan Peggy would know that she was a lover of the Rose. In all its glorious forms, shapes, sizes and colours.

When we were kids, her garden was constantly full of them, and I have fond memories of helping her prune them and making perfume from the fallen petals.  My favourite was always the Grandiflora with their multi-coloured blooms.

This bunch of paper roses dedicated to her features 6 varieties of rose - Grandiflora, Tea Rose, Blythe Spirit David Austin Rose, Dainty Maid Rose, Garden Queen and Fighting Temeraire as well as 2 varieties of foliage.

The Peggy is available in 2 size options:

  • Standard, which features 1x Blythe Spirit David Austin Rose - Chiffon, 1 x Grandiflora Rose - Chiffon/Pink, 1 x Garden Queen Rose - Fuchsia, 1 x Fighting Temeraire Rose - Honeysuckle, 1 x Dainty Maid Rose - Pink Hibiscus,  3 x Mini Tea Rose - Blush, and 5 x Rose Leaf Foliage stem - Evergreen and Pistachio.
  • Large, which features  3x Blythe Spirit David Austin Rose - Chiffon, 3 x Grandiflora Rose - Chiffon/Pink, 3 x Garden Queen Rose - Fuchsia, 2 x Fighting Temeraire Rose - Honeysuckle, 2 x Dainty Maid Rose - Pink Hibiscus,  5 x Mini Tea Rose - Blush, and 8 x Rose Leaf Foliage stem - Evergreen and Pistachio.

All our paper flowers are hand crafted from either Italian or German heavy weight crepe paper.  Some of our petals are also hand coloured to get the perfect shade.  We intentionally make each flower slightly different to the next so that they are more representative of nature, no flower is perfect, as in life.

MAINTENANCE -

We recommend you display your paper blooms out of direct sunlight to avoid fading, and obviously they don’t need any water!  You can also give them a little shake and turn them upside down every now and again to remove any dust.  Other than that they should last for years without any maintenance.
