paper flower bouquet design choosing a vase for paper flowers

Paper Flower Bouquet Design | Which Vase? | Part 2

Hello!

Welcome back to part 2 of my Paper Flower Bouquet Design series! If you missed part 1 of the series, go back and check it out here

Today we're going to be looking at the different types of vases and vessels you can use to display your paper flowers. This might seem like a straight forward choice, but there are lots of different factors that come into play when picking a vase, and it can completely change the finished look of your paper flower bouquet.

I highly recommend you start designing your bouquet with a vase already in mind, or at least a rough idea of the size and shape of it. That way you can plan ahead and work out how many flowers you need to make, you can also start to think about what materials you're going to use inside the vase to hold the paper flowers in place too. And once you know which vase you're using you can make sure you're making the stems of your paper blooms to be about the right length too.

Now of course, none of that is a deal breaker, if you make all of your flowers in advance, or even change your mind about the vase style later, it's no big deal! I'm just hoping to show you all of the options, so that it will hopefully save you alot of time and frustration while arranging your paper flowers!

So let's get into it! Watch the video below to see all of my tips on vase selection:

I really hope you found that useful and you're all set to go out and find your perfect vase. If you have any questions at all, please let me know in the comments below, and I'll do my best to help!

In the meantime, I've also included some of my favourite vases on the vase supplies page, make sure you go and check them out here!
