How To Make Paper Plumeria | Paper Flower Tutorials
Hello!
Today I have another paper flower tutorial for you!
Watch the video below to learn how to make your own paper plumeria flowers.
Plumeria is a really great filler flower to use in bouquets, and works equally as well in bright and colourful floral displays as it does in a tropical paper bouquet. I love how plumeria pairs perfectly with a brightly coloured paper peony, some hibiscus and a bit of tropical foliage!
You might also know plumeria as Frangipani, as different parts of the World have another name for it. When I lived in Dubai we had a couple of Frangipani trees in our garden, and they were so beautiful to look at, so I love being able to recreate the paper version now that I'm in Canada.
That's a perfect example of why paper flowers are so great, I seriously doubt real plumeria or frangipani would survive a cold Albertan winter, but I can still have the paper version in my home anyway!
I hope you give the tutorial a try, and create your own tropical paper flowers. Be sure to tag me on instagram @tamuchly_paperblooms and use #tamuchlypaperblooms if you share any photos of your paper flower creations!
Also, don't forget I created a free template for you to download to cut out your plumeria petals with. You can download yours for free here.
Happy paper flower making!
